The outgoing head of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) has warned that the agency's future is uncertain. According to a letter revealed on Friday, the agency's viability is "in doubt," and any collapse could result in Israel taking over its humanitarian operations in Gaza.
